Another one of our greatest joys is to see women who have completed a second-level weekend return and give back to their sisters. For many women, staffing is just as powerful as when they were a participant. Sound unbelievable? Join the staff of one of an upcoming second-level Crucible Weekend and be part of the life-changing container.

NOTE: You must have completed a Leadership: Dark Retreat to submit an application to staff
Dates: August 15-17, 2025
Location: Riverwoods | St. Charles, IL

Staff Application Submission Deadline: Sunday, June 1, 2025

Please review all the commitments, provide the requested information, and respond to the required questions in order to be considered as a staff member. The commitments are as follows:
1. Attend both Pre-Retreat Staff Meetings via an online conference call:
  - Date: Sunday, June 8, 2025 | Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM CT
  - Date: Sunday, July 13, 2025 | Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM CT
2. Be on site Thursday, August 14, 2025 by 7:00 PM to help organize materials for the weekend
3. Turn in your Health Form before the 2nd Staff Meeting.
4. Pay the $175 Staff Fee before the 2nd Staff Meeting.
5. Understanding that the weekend's work is to create a transformation experience and requires the creation of a "ritual space" for participants, you agree not to promote business or personal causes through distribution of material, wearables or obviously directing conversations with staff or participants about these personal interests. You also agree not to use staff or participant emails to promote/solicit personal business or charitable initiatives without consent from the individual.
6. Check the box to indicate that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of the Staff Agreement, then select “SUBMIT”.
The Crucible Project 2nd Level retreat for Women | Unshackled
NOTE: You must have completed an Unshackled Retreat to submit an application to staff
Dates: September 5-7, 2025
Location: Greenwood Trails | Winsted, CT

Staff Application Submission Deadline: Saturday, July 12, 2025

Please review all the commitments, provide the requested information, and respond to the required questions in order to be considered as a staff member. The commitments are as follows:
1. Attend both Pre-Retreat Staff Meetings via an online conference call:
  - Date: Monday, July 21, 2025 | Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM CT
  - Date: Monday, August 18 | Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM CT
2. Be on site Thursday, September 4, 2025 by 5:00 PM to help organize materials for the weekend
3. Turn in your Health Form before the 2nd Staff Meeting.
4. Pay the $175 Staff Fee before the 2nd Staff Meeting.
5. Staff Applicatin Submission Deadline: Thursday, 24 April, 2025

Please review all the commitments, provide the requested information, and respond to the required questions in order to be considered as a staff member. The commitments are as follows:
1. Attend both Pre-Retreat Staff Meetings via an online conference call:
  - Date: Thursday, 1 May, 2025 | Time: 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM AWST
  - Date: Thursday, 5 June, 2025 | Time: 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM AWST
2. Be on site Thursday, 26 June, 2025 by 6:45 PM AWST to help organize materials for the weekend
3. Turn in your Health Form before the 2nd Staff Meeting.
4. Pay the $235 AUD Staff Fee before the 2nd Staff Meeting.
5. Understanding that the weekend's work is to create a transformation experience and requires the creation of a "ritual space" for participants, you agree not to promote business or personal causes through distribution of material, wearables or obviously directing conversations with staff or participants about these personal interests. You also agree not to use staff or participant emails to promote/solicit personal business or charitable initiatives without consent from the individual.
