Please review all the commitments, provide the requested information, and respond to the required questions in order to be considered as a staff member. The commitments are as follows:

1. Attend both Pre-retreat Staff Meetings if you live within a 1-hour drive of the meeting locations. If you live more than a 1-hour drive, you agree to join the meetings via an online conference call

2. Men, staffing for the first time, also agree to attend an “Introduction to Staffing” meeting on Date: TBD | Time: TBD | Location: TBD
3. Invite men to attend the Retreat.
4. Attend a Graduation Celebration if you live within a 1-hour drive of the graduation site

5. Be on site Thursday, April 10, 2025
   • by 6:30 PM if staffing for the first or second time (to help organize materials for the retreat)
   • by 7:00 PM if you have staffed three or more times
6. Turn in your Health Form before the 2nd Staff Meeting.
7. Pay the $175 Staff Fee before the 2nd Staff Meeting.
