Facilitation Trainings (Basic and Advanced)
In 2021, the Crucible Project will be facilitation trainings for men and women who have completed an initial weekend. They will also be offered virtually via online video conference.
Advance Carpet Processes Training (Co-Ed) | Register
June 3-6, 2021 - Predator - Coed
Designed for those on Group Leader, Carpet Leader
and Retreat Leader Tracks.
Requirement: completed Intro to Carpet Work
Led by Scott Selby & Byron Myers
Participants will learn the theory behind the Predator and Shadow
Reversal, the steps of each process, and have process leading modeled.
Each participant will have an opportunity to ask questions from a
certified expert in these two processes. In order to receive the training
manual in time to review for the training, registration six weeks prior
is highly recommended.
$350 per person/$600 per couple

This 15-week curriculum-based group, is designed to help you explore your heart and your soul. You'll develop greater emotional awareness in order to connect more deeply and honestly with yourself, others, and God.

So, you've completed your women's Crucible Initial Weekend and Growth Group 1.0, now what? If you're looking for a place to continue your growth, connect, and discover your gold and your shadow, consider joining Andrea Ray and Nancy Riley's Growth Group 2.0.
What It Is
Small circles of women (typically 6-10) committed to grow in authenticity, honesty, transparency and grace in a safe and non-condemning environment. Groups typically meet three times a month — although it varies by group — and are led by a trained facilitator. Groups are open to women who have completed an initial weekend (or equivalent).
