When I completed my initial retreat in January 2009, I knew I needed to get into a group to continue to integrate the new truth about myself into every part of my life. With the support of my group, my relationships with my wife, children, coworkers, church, community, and God continue to improve. No One Left Behind

Will you INVITE? If you're like me, when I returned home following my retreat, I had several people in mind to invite to upcoming retreats. I believe everyone needs to experience the radical honesty and grace of our weekend. I pray that you will boldly provide opportunities to the women and men in your sphere of influence to receive the powerful, transformative work God is doing through this ministry.

Will you CONNECT? In Fiscal Year 2026, 1,063 souls touched a piece of their shadow and experienced the scandalous grace of God at one of our retreats. Over 300 Redwoods (alumni) continued their journey through one of our Second Level Weekends. More than 1,300 volunteers helped participants face the fire and find their gold. Don't do life alone. Connect with your fellow Redwood women, reconnect with those from your weekend, join a group, and participate in your local community's events and activities. Don't let any Redwood you know slip through the cracks and go back to how they were living before.

Will you GIVE? This ministry directly impacted 2,414 souls last fiscal year. The actual cost per participant per weekend was $817 due to rising inflation and retreat site increases. That means generous Redwoods financially supported each of the 1,063 participants with an average of $87 for every full-paying participant. Many participants on the retreat you attended also required additional financial assistance to attend. In fact, The Crucible Project awarded $106,470 in financial assistance for initial retreats last fiscal year.

Will YOU Join With Redwoods Who Are Paying It Forward?

If you donated the average price of a latte each week, roughly $25 a month would fund one new full-paying participant while also helping provide the financial assistance we need as we continue to grow. You may not be in a financial position to do that today, or you may feel blessed to give even more. Whatever your situation, please prayerfully consider what you can contribute so finances are never a barrier to anyone experiencing the radical honesty and grace found through one of our retreats.
