WOMEN’S UNSHACKLED WEEKEND
WHAT IT IS
Shame is a belief of being fundamentally flawed or unlovable, and drives people to hide and edit themselves to gain acceptance and approval. This hinders one from telling their whole story, which leads to projecting a false self into the world.
This retreat challenges women to take the risk to reveal their whole truth, which breaks the chains of shame. They then discover what is most personal and painful is actually what is most universal. Shame keeps us from community, but the light of authenticity in community dissolves the shadows of shame.
