Introduction to Facilitation

Participants will learn the theory behind the basic Anger and Support processes, the steps of each process, and have process-leading modeled. Each participant will have an opportunity to ask questions from a certified expert in these two processes. Deadline to register is January 3rd.

Advanced Process Training - Tombstone

Participants will learn the key elements of the Lover quarter, the nature of the lover wound, the theory behind the Tombstone processes, the steps of the process and have opportunities to practice the entire process. This training will also cover other the Switch and other tools for working in the Lover quarter. To ensure that participants receive and review the instruction manual prior to the training, registrations must be received on or before the Registration Deadline. This training is a requirement for Carpet Leader Certification with The Crucible Project.  All advanced trainings require either Basic Facilitation Training or Introduction to Facilitation as a prerequisite. 

 

Advanced Process Training - Predator

Participants will learn the key elements of the Sage quarter, the nature of the sage wound, the theory behind the Predator and Shadow Reversal processes, the steps of each process and have opportunities to practice the entire process. To ensure that participants receive and review the instruction manual prior to the training, registrations must be received on or before the Registration Deadline. This training is a requirement for Carpet Leader Certification with The Crucible Project.  All advanced trainings require either Basic Facilitation Training or Introduction to Facilitation as a prerequisite.

The training will also cover the Risk Manager and the What's At Risk process. To ensure that participants receive and review the instruction manual prior to the training, registrations must be received on or before the Registration Deadline. This training is a requirement for Carpet Leader Certification with The Crucible Project. All advanced trainings require either Basic Facilitation Training or Introduction to Facilitation as a prerequisite.

Coaching Certification Training

The Coaching Certification Training is available to initiated men and women and will require the completion of 7 Training Modules, 6 Coaching Sessions and 1 Practice Session. The cost of the 7 Training Modules is $350, the cost of each Coaching Session is $150 and the cost of the Practice Session is $250. Approval is required prior to submitting your registration to attend the Training Modules, Coaching Sessions and Practice Session. 3 - Administration, Logistics, and Safety | Led by Roy Wooten
Practice management, mental health referral, suicide prevention, proper record-keeping, ethics, guidelines/agreements for acquiring clients, contracts/scheduling/no shows

4 - Coach’s Personal Awareness | Led by Bob Locascio
Emotional maturity, spiritual maturity, recognizing own shadow, continuing own work, recognizes insecurities, understanding of four quarters, able to hold space, avoiding own projections

5 - Neurolinguistic Programming Basics | Led by Bob Locascio
Overview, presuppositions, subjectivity, consciousness, learning, Listening for deletions/ distortions/generalizations/meta programs

6 - Soul Work Competencies | Led by Byron Myers
Emotional maturity (SASHET), basic understanding/application of archetypes, client responsible for want, recognition of barriers + guidance to other side, recognition of projection vs. responsibility, personal/God-given power, balance of emotion

7 - Coaching Tools and Resources | Led by Byron Myers
Various Crucible tools as well as a book references matching client needs

Practice Session

Participants will practice conducting a coaching session with one other participant while the other participants observe. The leader will provide feedback on each coaching session.
