Introduction to Facilitation
Participants will learn the theory behind the basic Anger and Support processes, the steps of each process, and have process-leading modeled. Each participant will have an opportunity to ask questions from a certified expert in these two processes. Cost: $350
Advanced Process Training - Tombstone
Participants will learn the key elements of the Lover quarter, the nature of the lover wound, the theory behind the Tombstone processes, the steps of the process and have opportunities to practice the entire process. This training will also cover other the Switch and other tools for working in the Lover quarter. To ensure that participants receive and review the instruction manual prior to the training, registrations must be received on or before the Registration Deadline. This training is a requirement for Carpet Leader Certification with The Crucible Project. All advanced trainings require either Basic Facilitation Training or Introduction to Facilitation as a prerequisite. Cost: $350
Advanced Process Training - Predator
Participants will learn the key elements of the Sage quarter, the nature of the sage wound, the theory behind the Predator and Shadow Reversal processes, the steps of each process and have opportunities to practice the entire process. To ensure that participants receive and review the instruction manual prior to the training, registrations must be received on or before the Registration Deadline. This training is a requirement for Carpet Leader Certification with The Crucible Project. Advanced Process Training - God Split
Participants will learn the key elements of the Sovereign quarter, the nature of the sovereign wound, the theory behind the God Split process, the steps of the process and have opportunities to practice the entire process. The training will also cover the Risk Manager and the What's At Risk process. To ensure that participants receive and review the instruction manual prior to the training, registrations must be received on or before the Registration Deadline. This training is a requirement for Carpet Leader Certification with The Crucible Project. All advanced trainings require either Basic Facilitation Training or Introduction to Facilitation as a prerequisite. Cost: $350

Coaching Certification Training
The Coaching Certification Training is available to initiated men and women and will require the completion of 7 Training Modules, 6 Coaching Sessions and 1 Practice Session. The total cost is $1,500. Approval is required prior to submitting your registration to attend the Training Modules, Coaching Sessions and Practice Session. - Administration, Logistics, and Safety: Practice management, Mental health referral, suicide prevention, proper record-keeping, ethics, guidelines/agreements for acquiring clients, contracts/scheduling/no shows – Roy Wooten $50 [pre-recorded + quiz]
- Coach’s personal awareness: Emotional maturity, Spiritual maturity, recognizing own shadow, continuing own work, recognizes insecurities, understanding of four quarters, able to hold space, avoiding own projections – Bob Locascio $50 [pre-recorded + quiz]
- Neurolinguistic Programming Basics: Overview, presuppositions, subjectivity, consciousness, learning, Listening for deletions/distortions/generalizations/meta programs – Bob Locascio $50 [pre-recorded + quiz]
- Soul work competencies: Emotional maturity (SASHET), basic understanding/application of archetypes, client responsible for want, recognition of barriers + guidance to other side, recognition of projection vs. responsibility, personal/God-given power, balance of emotion – Byron Myers $50 [Live]

- Day long practice session: Participants would practice coaching sessions with each other, with the whole group present. Leader will give feedback with whole group present between each session – Byron Myers $250
