PASTOR PHIL JACKSON
Founder & Chief Executive Officer of The Firehouse Community Arts Center of Chicago, Redwood and Pastor Phil Jackson has spent more than 30 years on the front lines ofneighborhood development, violence interruption, and urban youth ministry. A John Perkins Scholar, he earned his Master of Divinity from Northern Theological Seminary with a focus on Christian Community Development. In North Lawndale, he planted a hip-hop youth church and founded The Firehouse, providing arts programming, mentorship, leadership, and workforce development. The Firehouse earned five regional Emmy Awards for Chicago at the Crossroad. Pastor Phil is an author, SiriusXM radio host, husband to Kim since 1985, father of three, and grandfather of eight.
Karen B. Sharp
Redwood, Karen B. Sharp is a business educator, entrepreneur, and consultant based in Houston She serves as adjunct faculty in the College of Business at the University of Houston–Downtown, where she teaches foundational business and marketing courses. Karen is also the President and Founder of Sharp Impact Solutions, LLC, a women-owned marketing and promotional services firm she has led for more than two decades. In addition, she serves as a Senior Consultant with the Small Business Development Center, advising entrepreneurs and small business owners on growth and strategy. Karen brings real-world experience and practical insight to every audience she serves.
Andy Spell
Redwood, minister, coach, podcaster, and leader, Andy Spell serves as Associate Minister at West Houston Church of Christ in Houston, where he preaches, teaches, and leads ministries. He regularly shares biblically grounded messages on faith, discipleship, generosity, and Christ-centered living. Andy also leads community and discipleship efforts, including men’s ministry gatherings, demonstrating a passion for spiritual growth and fellowship. Known for clear and heartfelt teaching, Andy seeks to help people apply Scripture to everyday life and grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Speakers
Drew Boa
Redwood, author, podcaster, and professional coach. Drew is the founder and CEO of Husband Material. He and his wife and children live in Colorado Springs. Drew Boa is the founder and CEO of Husband Material, an organization that helps men heal from sexual brokenness using a Christ-centered, clinically innovative approach. He is a Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional who earned his M.A from Wheaton College Graduate School. Drew lives in Colorado Springs, CO with his wife and kids.
John Casey
Redwood, Retreat Leader, and Pastor. John Casey served as the senior pastor of Blanchard Road Alliance Church in Wheaton, Illinois, for 30 years, from August 1982 to August 2012. He holds degrees from Wheaton College and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Beyond his pastoral work, Casey has been involved as a retreat leader with The Crucible Project, focusing on men's spiritual development
Sandy Corrigan
Redwood, coach, podcaster, and founder of Love Well by Doing Good. Sandy is on a mission to inspire others to lead with love, purpose, and impact—whether through coaching entrepreneurs, leading transformative retreats, or speaking on her podcast. She has spent over two decades guiding individuals through soul work and is on the Retreat Leader and Carpet Leader Tracks with Crucible. Sandy is also a dedicated advocate for Lyme Disease awareness, working to raise $1 million to support affected families. Sandy and her husband, Thom, live in Elizabeth, CO, with their horses, Grace and Camella, and their dog, Nala. They have four daughters, four grandchildren, and a great-grandbaby.
