We believe groups offer a place to continue your soul work and grow into deeper levels of authenticity, honesty, transparency and grace in a safe and non-condemning environment. Current and upcoming groups are listed below. If you can't find a group that works for your schedule, let us know your availability for future planning. Please reach out with any questions.
Group Descriptions
If you are interested in a tuition-based group but the fee is beyond your current means, please contact the group leader to discuss options.
Exploration Groups can be led by any Redwood and are a free group where anyone can participate. They are a great tool for introducing Crucible-style exercises before a retreat.
Journey Groups can be led by any Redwood and are a free group for fellow Redwoods to continue their work through a variety of exercises and regular check-ins.
Growth Groups are a led by a certified Group Leader for Redwoods. These tuition-based groups ($77 monthly) follow a curriculum with check-ins, accountability, clearings, and structured exercises. Note: The first 3 Growth Group meetings are included in the cost of the initial weekend for those who join a group within 12 months of their retreat.
Development Groups are led by a certified Carpet Leader for Redwoods focused on ongoing soul work, addressing life challenges and shadows. These tuition-based groups ($110 monthly) are available to join based on leader discretion and have no limit on participation duration.
Transformation Groups are part of our Men's Two-Year Program and have three components: a weekly development group, monthly coaching with a certified Crucible coach, and all four men's second-level retreats.
