Staff A Weekend
Staffing a Crucible weekend can be as significant as an initial weekend. To start the application process, click on the appropriate LINK below.
Please read the commitments in the online application and the complete all the questions.
As you apply, keep in mind that Crucible volunteer staff are willing and able to keep the commitments – including pre-retreat staff meetings, whether in person or via the phone.

The Journey Continues
What’s your “Next Step” in the journey to continue living in grace, integrity and courage?
Consider the Two Year Transformational Program.
Did you know you can do the program Face to Face or Online via Skype?
Building into your life consistently with trained leaders, the Two Year Program has:
- Monthly Coaching Calls.
- Three meetings a month with other Crucible men.
- Trained Leadership who will mentor you.
- Priority Staffing Opportunities to serve other men.
- Four Second Level weekend retreats on areas of Mission/Purpose, Sexuality, Leadership.
Here’s what one participant said, ““The like-minded men and excellent leaders helped me to ‘reprogram’ the outdated tapes in my head and change my unwanted behavior.
I am closer to being the man I have always desired to be… Since then, I have taken on new leadership positions that I would not have accepted before.
Today I am serving more people out of my ‘sweet spot’ and fulfilling my mission in life.”
Better yet, one participant’s wife states, “My husband’s involvement in the two-year program has helped to heal him as well as our marriage.
He now understands that his judgments and reactions to situations…are the result of old messages, so he is far less likely to blame me.
He steps into leadership more readily than he used to, and he seeks [out] his brothers for support in trying times.
We are both so grateful for the marvelous work that The Crucible Project enables him to do and the network of friendship it has provided.”
