The Crucible Project is growing!
Since 2012, the number of men who have completed an initial weekend has grown exponentially. In the first 12 years, we experienced steady growth. However, in the last three years, we have doubled the number of men to reach 2000+ men. Because of this growth, The Crucible Project has expanded the number of planned events.
Some key trends include the expansion of new communities, the need to develop more leaders and upgrades to our operations and support systems.
God has been blessing our mission and vision to build communities of men who in turn make an impact on their spheres of influence.
And we need your engagement and support like never before. Here are some suggested steps:
- Take A Next Step. Whether it’s attending Second Level weekends, Staffing an Initial Weekend, Doing a Two Year Soul Group, or engaging in our online community, your participation provides tremendous benefits. It strengthens our Crucible Community and makes an impact in the lives of other men, families, churches, workplaces and communities.
- Become A Crucible Project Supporter. With tremendous growth comes new challenges. We are seeking men who will join us by supporting us financially. Will you consider becoming a donor – maybe even a monthly partner?
- Pray For Us Often. “The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective.” James 5:16b The Crucible Project is dependent on the direction and leading of our gracious Heavenly Father. We need your prayers.

Invite a Man to an Initial Crucible Weekend
It’s easy to use this Video Email Tool provided by this website. Just go to the Community Page.
Sign in (or follow the instructions and Register if you have never done that). Then go to the tab to Invite A Man.
You’ll see four video messages to choose from that can be sent to friends, family or other men you know. The message states:
“I thought you would be interested in attending this life-changing men’s weekend [Enter your personal message, including location and date; EX: in Williams Bay, WI, September 18-19].”
Make sure you CHANGE the personal message and location/date or they will see the above message!
Just another way to engage men and invite them to an initial Crucible Weekend.

Dare to Soar Couples Retreat – Spots Available!

One of the great joys of our lives is working with couples and helping them create loving, heart connection with each other. We help couples identify and work through the issues that get in the way of experiencing closeness and intimacy.
If this is what you want more of in your relationship, we invite you to sign up today!
This retreat is filled with exercises where you will learn a lot about yourself and your partner in a safe, “fun” environment with lots of experiential learning. You will have an opportunity to spend time alone together, as well as learn from others in a group setting.

Saturday, October 17, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

$495 per couple. The cost of the retreat includes a weekend packed with lots of learning, a notebook filled with practical exercises and materials you can take home with you, as well as snacks on Saturday and Sunday (it does not include meals and lodging).
Register by mailing a $100 deposit to “Dare to Soar, LLC” at the address listed below or go to our website, idaretosoar.com, and register through the contact page with PayPal. A 12 couple limit maximizes the experience. If you have attended previously, and would like a “refresher,” the cost is $250.
